Tocotrienol
A powerful antioxidant and a derivative of Vitamin E, Tocotrienol acts as a moisturizing shield that helps repair the skin and aids skin regeneration & rejuvenation. By inhibiting the enzyme that breaks down collagen, it allows the skin to preserve collagen, while also fading dark spots and minimizing your pores smaller. Along with increasing skin collagen, it also improves skin elasticity and firmness, by boosting skin elastin. Being anti-inflammatory, it calms the skin and protects it from environmental aggressors & UV rays.
Niacinamide
Vitamin B3, popularly known as Niacinamide, is the super ingredient that brightens and improves the skin texture by preventing melanin from reaching the skin cells. Cetostearyl Alcohol
Cetostearyl Alcohol is highly beneficial in calming, soothing & restoring dry skin. Functioning as a thickening and stabilizing agent, it gives the day cream a creamy texture and a luxurious feel upon application. It also helps stabilize the overall formulation of the day cream, ensuring an uniform distribution of active ingredients while also enhancing the cream's shelf life.
UV Filters
The day cream consists of two UV filters—Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol being the first, which reduces wrinkles, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation, while absorbing, reflecting & scattering both UV-A & UV-B rays. The second UV filter is Titanium Dioxide that works as a UV filtering agent, commonly found in sunscreens, by blocking absorption of UV rays.
